Contributions to Tim Aalders for US Senate are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions are subject to the limits and prohibitions of the Federal Election Campaign Act. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle. Contributions from corporations, foreign nationals or federal government contractors are prohibited. The maximum amount an individual or non-multicandidate PAC may contribute is $2,700 per election, for each of the potential primary, primary run-off, general, and general run-off, up to $10,800 personally.
