Contributions or gifts to Tim Aalders for Congress are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes and will be used in connection with federal elections. The maximum amount an individual may contribute is $2,700 per election, for each of the primary and general elections, up to $5,400 per person. A federal multicandidate PAC may contribute up to $5,000 per election. Contributions for elections that do not occur in 2018 or that Tim Aalders does not participate in shall be refunded in full to the contributor.
